The Reading Room will be installed at The House Mill, nearby Araeen’s new commission Untilted The Line.
Visitors will have access to key publications and early catalogues from Araeen’s career and activism over six-decades. The Line’s Youth Guides will be on hand to introduce the texts, which will include editions of Third Text, Araeen’s groundbreaking journal focused on cultural practices and postcolonial theory, founded in 1987.
