Saad Qureshi
The Line has invited Saad Qureshi to develop a site-specific sculptural commission which will embody ideas around change, dispersal, hope and transformation, and drawing on specific experiences in his own upbringing.
He is a British Pakistani artist working across sculpture and drawing. His practice draws on the ineffability of lived experience: the processes by which we interpret objects and landscapes, and how memory processes them over time.
As part of the design process for his commission for The Line, in 2026 Qureshi will take part in a micro-residency at V&A East Storehouse.
