Sweheat Sauna is a Wood fired Sauna facility based in the Royal Victoria Dock, East London.

The project showcases the many cultural aspects of authentic Sauna culture from regions such as Scandinavia, the Baltic states, Eastern and Central Europe.

Using the Sauna as an amphitheater Sweheat Sauna has championed the space as a place for Arts and Culture cultivating artistic expression, from Mythic Sauna storytelling to Aufguss performance.

Situated close to Western Beach, our close proximity to the Water allows us to enjoy a peaceful, tech free environment that embraces the outdoor elements, rewilding Sauna for the authentic touch naturally.
